EIR proudly serves the community of Revelstoke in the Columbia Valley.

I gratefully acknowledge that this work takes place on the unceded and ancestral territory of the Sinixt, Ktunaxa, Secwepemc, and Syilx peoples, who have stewarded this land since time immemorial.

I provide professional, deep therapeutic massage for mountain athletes – in the comfort of your home — creating space for nervous system recovery.

For busy athletes, professionals, stay-at-home parents, and seniors, mobile care removes the commute and allows you to receive treatment without disrupting your day. For those seeking deeper restoration, being treated in your own environment can enhance relaxation, safety, and integration — giving lasting results.

My mission is to provide a high-quality, performance enhancing therapeutic care that is both convenient and deeply nourishing.

If booking a group package with specific appointment length requests, please include those details in your message.

For group bookings, please provide the email address for each individual receiving massage. Separate intake forms will be sent to each client and must be completed prior to treatment.

Carmen Dolinsky

Carmen has a deep passion for holistic healing and for being of service to her community. She takes a direct, clinically informed approach to manual therapy, blending fascial release, trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques, deep tissue work, craniosacral therapy, and active release — always attuned to each client’s unique presentation. Dedicated to helping clients achieve meaningful and sustainable wellness goals, Carmen integrates manual therapies in relationship with the nervous system to support lasting change. Creating balance within the body is a cornerstone of her practice. Carmen transitioned into her career as a Registered Massage Therapist after working in environmental education. Inspired in part by her own recovery from sports injuries and years of physically demanding work, she developed a deep respect for the body’s resilience and capacity to heal. She is a graduate of the rigorous 3,000-hour Registered Massage Therapy program at Columbia College of Integrated Health Sciences. Outside of her practice, Carmen embraces an active mountain lifestyle and enjoys mountaineering, hiking, climbing, skiing, dancing, and spending time in her vibrant community.
